From January 2010, I will be offering Shiatsu at Yogaviva in Chelmsford on Thursdays.

Yogaviva is situated in a tranquil converted chapel tucked away in the centre of Chelmsford and is the perfect location for Shiatsu. The centre also offers daily classes in yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and meditation, and has a colonic hydrotherapist. In addition to the waiting area and changing rooms near the treatment room, there is also an upstairs cafe area at the 'Yogaviva Lounge' where you can relax and enjoy a drink.

Between the hours of 9am – 2pm Tower Avenue
Between the hours of 10am – 8pm Admirals Park Car Park
Between the hours of 6pm – 10pm Primrose Hill or any of the surrounding streets

The nearest railway station is Chelmsford station which is on the main Liverpool Street line and only 10 minutes walk to the clinic. The Chelmsford central bus terminus is opposite the railway station.
