My name is Helen Rebello, I am a 30-something, married, down-to-earth, Shiatsu practitioner, with a background in Western Medicine.

I have been an exponent of complementary and conventional medicines working concurrently for several years. In younger years, I started training as a nurse, before going on to qualify as a radiographer and ultimately specialising in ultrasound.
